Stride Logistics & Consultants is hiring a Financial Associate – Proration & Wire Transfers to support our client’s finance operations team in Panama City.
This role supports invoice validation, proration calculations, and wire payment preparation in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment supporting global logistics operations.
What you will do
- Validate invoices for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance
- Review vendor details, PO/reference numbers, rates, quantities, and pricing
- Cross-check invoices against contracts, rate cards, POs, and approvals
- Support proration calculations for logistics and operational charges
- Prepare wire transfer payment requests and support payment readiness
- Resolve discrepancies with vendors, procurement, and operations
- Track invoice status to ensure timely processing and SLA adherence
- Maintain audit-ready documentation
Invoice categories include
- Warehouse, Drayage, Couriers, Import, Demurrage
- Quality, Retailer, Distribution, and Operational chargebacks
- Marketing invoices
- TDUTY invoice validation
- AP vouchers and payment preparation
You are the right fit if
- Experience in Accounts Payable or a high-volume invoice processing environment preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, including sorting, filtering, formulas, and conditional formatting
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
