Navico Group, part of Brunswick Corporation, is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Asia Sales Director to lead our sales strategy and execution across the Asian region.

This is a senior leadership role with accountability for revenue growth, strategic customer relationships, and building a high‑performing, engaged sales organisation aligned to our APAC and global priorities.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the APAC Sales Director, you will own the Asia sales strategy across all brands, channels, and business segments. You will drive sustainable growth by deepening key customer partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and leading a capable and accountable regional team. Additionally, this role will act as a Director of the Singapore legal entity, supporting appropriate corporate governance and statutory obligations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Define and execute the Asia sales strategy in alignment with APAC and global objectives
  • Own the regional revenue plan, sales forecasts, and execution against targets
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing Asia sales team
  • Build and strengthen strategic customer and partner relationships across the region
  • Drive new business development while growing existing key accounts
  • Represent Navico Group at key industry and customer events
  • Ensure strong commercial discipline, including CRM adoption, forecasting accuracy, and OPEX management
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Service, Finance, and global stakeholders
  • Role model Brunswick values through ethical decision‑making, transparency, and inclusive leadership

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven senior sales leadership experience within the Marine or RV industry, ideally with a technical background
  • A strong track record of revenue growth and leading geographically dispersed teams
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into executable sales plans
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Commercial and financial acumen, with confidence managing forecasts and budgets
  • Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a technical discipline
  • Willingness to travel reasonably across Asia
