Objective:
To oversee and ensure that all sales-related transactions are accurately recorded, reported, and compliant with financial standards. This role is critical for tracking revenue, managing receivables, and supporting process improvement.
Day to day (main tasks):
- To collect cars & vans sales and match them between systems to ensure the payment is completed and the invoice can be issued to the end customer according to accounting processes.
- To ensure that the accounting posting logic for each step is proper record, generates reports to AMDA, taxes and compliance are done accurately and on time.
- Payment applications, revenue recognition process, attend the queries, analyze the Retail financial transactions, ensuring tracking and supporting business decision-making based on the KPI´s analyzed.
- Create presentations and reporting for management and support Ad-hoc projects.
- Elaboration of ICS controls and continues improvements by looking for automations in dashboards, and reporting.
Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Previous experience: 3 + years in Accounting.
- Languages: Advanced English
- Additional Qualifications: SAP or other ERP, Taxes, Excel, Power BI.
- Location: CDMX (Santa Fe)
- Local contract applies.
