Key Responsibilities:
• Design core operational risk management frameworks and components
• Lead implementation of risk assessment tools and standards
• Maintain and clarify governance documentation
• Provide oversight and critique first line risk practices
• Enhance operational risk reporting and validate data inputs
Requirements:
• 8+ years’ experience in financial services risk management
• Direct experience in corporate operational risk
• Strong knowledge of risk identification and assessment
• Excellent writing and executive presentation skills
• Proven stakeholder management skills and influence
