Role Purpose
To manage and grow customer relationships by offering banking products, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving revenue through CASA, loans, and third-party products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Acquire new customers for CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)
- Generate business through deposits (FD/RD), loans, and fee-based products
- Cross-sell products like insurance, mutual funds, credit cards
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
2. Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Conduct regular client meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Provide customized financial solutions based on client needs
3. Revenue Generation
- Drive fee income, trade forex, and wealth products
- Ensure portfolio growth and profitability
- Focus on high-value customers and deepen wallet share
4. Service & Compliance
- Ensure high service standards and quick resolution of customer queries
- Adhere to banking regulations and internal compliance policies
- Maintain proper documentation and KYC norms
5. Market & Competition Awareness
- Track competitor offerings and market trends
- Identify opportunities in the local market for expansion
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- CASA growth (value & accounts)
- Deposit mobilization (FD/RD)
- Loan disbursement
- Fee income (LI, HI, MF, Cards, Forex)
- Customer acquisition & retention
- Portfolio quality
- Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of banking products and financial markets

Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in banking sales or financial services
Work Environment
- Field + branch-based role
- Requires frequent client visits, calls, and networking
