Summary
Provide administrative and operational support to the Reinsurance team in managing treaty and facultative reinsurance activities, documentation, reconciliations, claims follow-up, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain reinsurance records, registers, and databases.
• Prepare and manage treaty/facultative documents, contracts, and endorsements.
• Follow up on reinsurance claims, recoveries, and balances.
• Reconcile reinsurance accounts and support quarterly closings.
• Coordinate with brokers, reinsurers, Finance, and Claims teams.
• Monitor treaty renewals and expiry dates.
• Prepare reports, statistics, and presentations.
• Ensure proper filing, documentation, and regulatory compliance support.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ year experience in insurance, reinsurance, or finance operations preferred.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
