Role Overview

IQSIGHT is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead and expand our Video Surveillance business across the Middle East. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening channel partnerships, and positioning IQSIGHT as a leading provider of advanced security camera and video analytics solutions in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with IQSIGHT’s growth objectives.
  • Identify new markets, verticals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth and market penetration.

Channel & Partner Development

  • Build and manage strong relationships with distributors and system integrators.
  • Expand channel network across key Middle East markets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with partners.

Enterprise & Project Sales

  • Lead high-value projects across key sectors (Government, Smart Cities, Oil & Gas, Transportation, Commercial).
  • Support complex tenders and large-scale security deployments.
  • Engage with consultants, contractors, and end-users.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team.
  • Establish KPIs and ensure performance accountability.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture.

Commercial & Financial Management

  • Own regional sales targets and forecasting accuracy.
  • Manage pricing strategy and margin optimization.
  • Monitor pipeline health and conversion rates.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in video surveillance / security systems industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IP cameras, VMS, AI video analytics, and integrated security solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving regional sales targets in the Middle East.
  • Experience managing distributors and multi-country operations.
