Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Permata Hijau, Jakarta, for a Finance Account Receivables professional. The role involves managing accounts receivable processes, collecting report from internal team, issuing invoices, contacting clients for debt collections, and ensuring timely payment of outstanding balances. The individual will monitor financial records, working budget for each project, prepare reports daily to monthly and collaborate with the finance team to ensure precise financial management and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Finance principles
- Experience in Collection and Invoicing
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software Jurnal.id or Accurate
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a similar role or relevant industry is a plus
