Regional Product Manager
- Opportunity to shape and scale a growing dermatology portfolio
- Exposure to end-to-end strategy from pipeline development to commercial success
The Regional Product Manager will lead the strategic growth and lifecycle management of a dermatology portfolio across the region.
This is a highly launch-driven role with ownership of the full product lifecycle, from opportunity identification and pre-launch planning to launch execution and post-launch optimisation, ensuring sustained commercial success in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
Product Launch Leadership
- Own and drive end-to-end product launches across the region, from early-stage opportunity assessment through to post-launch performance optimisation
- Develop robust pre-launch strategies, including market sizing, segmentation, positioning, pricing, and demand forecasting
- Lead cross-functional launch readiness across medical, regulatory, commercial, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies, including channel strategy, messaging, and rollout plans across markets
- Establish post-launch tracking frameworks, analyse performance metrics, and implement interventions to maximise uptake and lifecycle value
- Identify risks and proactively manage launch challenges across diverse regional markets
Portfolio Growth and Business Development
- Drive growth and expansion of the dermatology portfolio across regional markets
- Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, supported by market assessments, competitive intelligence, and financial forecasting
- Build and manage a sustainable product pipeline aligned with business priorities and market needs
Strategic Marketing and Brand Management
- Develop and execute integrated brand strategies, including market penetration and differentiation plans
- Translate insights into impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives with clear success metrics
- Continuously monitor market dynamics, customer insights, and competitor activity to refine strategy
Cross-Functional and Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with principals, medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to align on product strategy and execution
- Engage and build strong relationships with key opinion leaders to support advocacy and adoption
- Collaborate with internal teams to define product priorities, goals, and long-term plans
Training and Distributor Management
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product training programmes for regional distributors and sales teams
- Equip field teams with scientific knowledge and commercial messaging to drive performance
- Manage distributor relationships to ensure strong alignment, communication, and execution
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field. MBA preferred
- 10 or more years of product management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with regional exposure.
- Proven track record of successfully leading multiple product launches across markets
- Strong business acumen with deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and geographies
- Experience working with regulatory frameworks in pharmaceutical markets
- Proactive and results-driven, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth environment
- Willingness to travel across the region
