Responsibilities:
- Valid signing authority for Hong Kong IPO/corporate finance transactions.
- Assist department head to handle the execution of various operations.
- Lead team to execute projects.
- Ensure full compliance of staff and transactions.
- Maintain good customers relationship and handle daily communication.
- Develop and focus on specific industry segments and help build team knowledge database.
- Help monitor and provide guidance to team and juniors in staff development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Finance, Econ., Accounting or other business-related discipline (MBA holder is an advantage).
- Valid signing authority for Hong Kong IPO/corporate finance transactions.
- Preferable current SFC licence holder or member of HKICPA, CFA.
- More than 12 years experience in the field of corporate finance.
- Proven track record: at least one completed IPO as a Signing Principal.
- Highly driven, detail-oriented, and diligent with strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
- Deep expertise in IPO, M&A, and ECM deal execution.
- Ability to interact comfortably with business clients and management.
- Adaptability, able to manage projects independently and be ready to assume a high level of responsibility as a member of a team.
