Job Description
Partner with and cross collaborate with leadership teams across Operations, Asset and Revenue Management departments.
Serve as a trusted advisor by providing financial insights, strategic analyses and recommendations that align with business objectives.
Develop financial modeling to deliver yield/return analysis on individual assets or at an enterprise level. This will include scenario, sensitivity and benchmarking analysis.
Design, build and implement planning and KPI reporting cadences at the leadership level, bringing insights and recommendations.
Manage the annual budget and on-going liquidity forecast analysis across the storage and repairs business units.
Support financial demands for special projects (e.g. financings, divestures)
Development and management of capital investment plans
Preparation of board and other strategic reporting to current and potential stakeholders
Job Requirements and education
Experience: 6+ years in a highly analytical role within FP&A. Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
Analytical Excellence: Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in analyzing complex datasets to inform strategic decisions.
Expertise: Previously worked in a fast-paced PE-backed company or real estate services, multi-site or other comparable businesses
