Position Title: Financial Manager
Key Responsibilities
- :Maintain regular communication and visits with regional partner financial institutions; conduct annual reviews and comprehensive assessments based on business performance, level of cooperation, and other dimensions. Develop tiered evaluation results to provide a solid basis for future cooperation decisions
- .Communicate with regional field business teams, participate in regional opportunity reviews, and verify the progress of LTC opportunities. Gain timely insights into customer needs and background, identify potential risks and provide recommendations, and guide the execution of tripartite financing arrangements
- .Oversee the intake and management of all tripartite business submissions within the system’s order management module, ensuring that submission materials comply with the business requirements of partner financial institutions, and monitor the overall progress of submissions
- .Track and follow up on the list of required documents and related requirements for loan disbursement by third-party financial institutions; upon disbursement, promptly collect disbursement vouchers and ensure timely follow-up on fund settlement
- .Take charge of building and leading the local financing team, including team recruitment, training, performance management, and daily operations, to ensure overall business effectiveness and goal achievement

Qualification
- s:Economics, Financial, Accounting, Management and other majors, bachelor degree or above, master's and MBA is preferre
- d.more than 5 years working experience in financial institutions, construction machinery industry related experience is preferre
- d.Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with financial institutions and business team
- s;CFA, FRM, CPA and other qualifications are preferre
- d.Fluent in Arabic and English (or Chinese), can be used as a working languag
