In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing, reconciling, and remitting property tax payments for multiple accounts. With at least two years of experience in the mortgage industry and strong analytical skills, you will ensure timely communications and maintain detailed records. Your expertise in tax administration will help streamline processes and enhance accuracy across all accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and remit tax payments for all accounts on tax escrow
• Contact municipalities for property tax information and bills
• Investigate discrepancies and gather information for incentive programs
• Set up new tax accounts accurately as needed
• Process refunds and manage inquiries from various stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a related field with 2 years’ experience
• Strong math and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
