About the Role
We are working with a large, well-known financial services organization to find an experienced Project/Product Manager for a high-impact contract engagement. This person will plug into an already running program and immediately start driving two key initiatives forward. The blueprint is in place, they just need the right person to add horsepower and keep things moving.
What You Will Be Working On
International Expansion You will work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, risk and cyber teams to ensure all approvals and requirements are in place as the organization enters new markets. Starting with EU and UK, with additional markets to follow. Your job is to ask the right questions, remove roadblocks and make sure nothing slows the process down.
Data Sharing Initiative The organization has an internal data product. When internal business units identify a potential use case, you will meet with them to understand the need, work with product and tech teams to assess feasibility, engage with vendors on implementation and feed your findings back into the assessment process.
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of Project/Product management experience
- Background in B2B software, enterprise or infrastructure products
- Experience working in and navigating large, complex organizations
- Comfortable engaging and influencing mid to senior level stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to following up and driving things through
- Experience with international market expansion, particularly EU or UK, is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini is a plus
- Cyber security background is helpful but not required
What to Expect
- Fully remote, EST hours
- First 30 days will be a structured ramp up to meet stakeholders and get up to speed
- Collaborative team environment, this is not a work alone role
- One hour interview with the Engagement Manager
