We are currently hiring a Senior Project Controller (CAPEX / Industrial Projects) at Tata Steel in the Netherlands.
This role focuses on delivering high-quality cost control for large, complex, and high-risk industrial projects, working closely with multiple stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive cost control across complex CAPEX projects
Act as a central point of accountability for project cost performance
Support development and maintenance of the Integrated Control Base (ICB)
Deliver monthly cost reporting and performance analysis
Ensure strong cost control governance and compliance
Monitor financial status, risks, changes, contingencies, and management reserves
Ensure implementation and tracking of cost-related decisions
Support financial close-out of projects
Profile:
~8+ years of experience in project/cost control
Strong experience in industrial or CAPEX projects
Experience with SAP and structured cost control methodologies
Comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Experience in steel or large-scale industrial projects is a plus
