As a full-time Project Cost Controller, you’ll manage the project lifecycle from setup to invoicing, establishing key financial processes. You will ensure data accuracy between our systems and facilitate effective reporting for Project Managers. Your insight will guide budget management and project updates, enhancing our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Setup projects in JDE aligned with Project Pulse
• Validate and monitor financial data accuracy
• Prepare client invoices as per project agreements
• Analyze project trends and variances in costs
• Update project budgets based on approved changes
Requirements:
• Over three years in a cost control or similar role
• Strong knowledge of JDE and project management tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Background in electrical facility projects is a plus
• High attention to detail and accuracy
