Position: Project Accountant for Financial Management
Elevate project financial oversight as a Project Accountant. Manage invoicing, project setup, and budget compliance in a collaborative office environment that values attention to detail and strong communication skills.

In this role, you will report to a Project Accounting Lead and focus on effective financial management across assigned projects. Building relationships with Project Managers and other finance team members, you will organize workloads and ensure timely deliverables. This position emphasizes customer-centric service, accuracy, and adherence to internal controls and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial aspects of assigned projects

• Ensure project setup and budget compliance

• Foster relationships with internal business partners

• Provide timely invoicing and documentation

• Organize workload for timely deliverables

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of accounting or finance experience

• Organizational skills and attention to detail

• General accounting knowledge through education or experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency
