Product Manager – HashKey Capital (Hong Kong)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept, structuring, approval, launch, and optimization
- Design and roll out asset management and secondary market products (funds, structured products, equities, fixed income, derivatives, etc.)
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including investment, legal, compliance, operations, and technology teams
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client needs assessment
- Prepare product documentation, investment memos, and internal approval materials
- Ensure compliance with Hong Kong regulatory requirements and relevant jurisdictions
- Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements
- Lead the structuring and rollout of Web3 and digital asset–centric investment products across the full product suite
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or related disciplines
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in product management within traditional financial institutions
- Solid experience in asset management and/or secondary market product structuring and rollout
- Strong understanding of financial products including funds, structured products, equities, fixed income, and derivatives
- Solid understanding of Hong Kong regulatory framework and product approval processes, with exposure to other regulatory regimes (such as Singapore) considered a strong advantage
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital assets, tokenization, or Web3-related investment products
- Exposure to crypto funds, blockchain ecosystems, or digital asset trading platforms
- Prior experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments
