Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Investor Relations Associate. The primary responsibilities include managing relationships with existing investors and building new ones, conducting analyses to support investment decisions as well as monitoring investment journey, providing insights and updates to stakeholders, and assisting with fundraising initiatives.
The role also requires effective communication with family offices and other stakeholders, and staying updated on market trends and investment opportunities.
Qualifications
- Investor Relations skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience conducting in-depth analysis for informed decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey complex investment information
- Knowledge and experience in Investments and Private Equity
- Background of working with Investors such as Family offices and Leveraging past network
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is a plus*
- Experience in family office or startup investment ecosystems
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Ai tools and investment tools is beneficial
