This individual will play a critical role in advancing the finance organization's operating model by leading a global accounting function through a period of growth and change. Responsibilities include developing team members, improving organizational effectiveness, and implementing scalable processes that support a complex international platform.

The position works closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities for operational enhancement, improve financial visibility, and drive strategic initiatives that strengthen the overall finance infrastructure.

Financial Operations & Governance

  • Maintain oversight of accounting activities across a network of domestic and international operating entities.
  • Ensure the integrity, completeness, and timeliness of periodic financial reporting and management reporting packages.
  • Coordinate entity-level and consolidated reporting processes across multiple legal structures and jurisdictions.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and support annual audit and review requirements.
  • Evaluate and strengthen accounting controls, governance frameworks, and policy documentation.
  • Oversee compliance-related reporting requirements, including payroll, tax, and other regulatory filings.
  • Direct vendor payment and expense management functions while ensuring appropriate controls and operational efficiency.

Strategic Finance & Performance Management

The role serves as a key partner to senior leadership in monitoring business performance and supporting financial decision-making.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with annual operating plans and periodic forecasting exercises.
  • Supporting implementation and optimization of financial systems, reporting tools, and planning technologies.
  • Analyzing business results, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to management.
  • Tracking operating expenses, liquidity needs, and key performance indicators.
  • Recommending process improvements that enhance scalability, transparency, and resource allocation across the organization.
