The team is looking to add a Private Equity Associate to its Boca Raton office. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced investors on a wide range of investment opportunities, from evaluating new platform investments and add-on acquisitions to supporting portfolio companies through strategic and operational initiatives.
As an Associate, you will be involved throughout the full investment lifecycle, including financial modeling, valuation, industry and market research, due diligence, investment committee materials, transaction execution, and ongoing portfolio monitoring. The role provides significant exposure to complex transactions within some of the fastest-growing segments of the infrastructure and technology landscape.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in investment banking or private equity with exposure to Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT), digital infrastructure, communications infrastructure, or other technology-focused sectors. Strong analytical skills, financial modeling experience, and a genuine interest in investing are essential.
