About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Operations Analyst to join our Private Banking Operations team. This role supports securities-based lending products and partners closely with internal stakeholders including Financial Advisors, Private Bankers, and internal teams.
You will play a key role in ensuring seamless loan processing, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle internal queries via phone/email related to lending products (loan status, issues, etc.)
- Support hotline operations and meet defined performance metrics (quality, TAT, professionalism)
- Review loan applications and servicing requests within SLA timelines
- Identify and communicate missing information to progress loan pipelines
- Perform reconciliation and process financial transactions
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and operational activities
- Collaborate across teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Tech)
- Cross-train and support additional operational functions as needed
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years experience in Banking Operations / Loan Operations / Financial Services
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management / client servicing mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Team player with strong organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to AML/KYC, Loan Servicing, Cash Management, or Wealth Management
- Knowledge of financial markets or lending products
- Experience in reconciliation / transaction processing
- Project or process improvement exposure
Work Details
- Hybrid work model (3 days in office)
- Operational shifts starting from 8:00 AM (flexibility required)
- Occasional weekend / overtime based on business needs
