Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Stock & Inventory Management: Maintain records of medicines, oils, and other clinic supplies; monitor stock levels and update inventory regularly.
- Bookkeeping: Record and organize all daily financial transactions including consultations, therapies, and product sales.
- Profit & Loss Tracking: Maintain and update P&L records to track clinic revenue and operational expenses.
- Weekly Offline Visit: Visit the clinic twice a week to verify records, invoices, and physical inventory.
- Bank Statement Reconciliation: Match and reconcile clinic transactions with bank statements to ensure accurate records during every visit (Monday and Thursday*).
- Cash Flow Monitoring: Track and maintain records of all incoming and outgoing payments, including patient payments, operational expenses, and staff payouts.
