Dedicated Personal Assistant needed with 3+ years of hands-on PA experience to support to a highly successful financial executive. Manage everything as it relates to keeping the personal side of the executive on point. Coordinate family schedules, appointments, vacations, parties and events. Organize business and personal travel arrangements, maintain financial records. Devise emails and letters. Organize logistics for meetings, make restaurant and travel reservations and keep executive organized, steady and successful.
Must possess exceptional computer, verbal, and written communication skills, and be accessible, loyal and dedicated.
Bachelor's degree required with a GPA of 3.5+
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook. required.
Position is 5 days on site.
