What Will You Do?
Do numbers, data, and uncovering insights excite you?
We are looking for a new colleague to join our Finance team and help transform data into valuable insights and insights into better business decisions. We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager, but we are also open to talented candidates with less experience who possess strong analytical skills and a desire to grow professionally.
You will act as a business partner to management, supporting financial planning, analysis, and the development of modern reporting solutions. This role offers significant opportunities for initiative and the ability to influence important decisions across the organization.
What will you do?
- Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and enhance management financial reporting
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Build financial models and business case analyses
- Work with large data sets and transform data into actionable insights
- Develop Power BI dashboards and other reporting solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues across functions and international locations
- Support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis
What qualifications and skills should you have?
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience in financial analysis, controlling, or FP&A is an advantage
- Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is highly desirable
- Ability to work with data, identify key insights, and clearly communicate conclusions
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice To Have
- Experience with financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced knowledge of data analytics tools and databases
- Experience leading projects or coordinating cross-functional teams
- Strong data analysis skills and experience working with large data sets
