We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design, governance, and continuous enhancement of the organization’s performance management framework with a financial industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the governance and continuous improvement of the performance management framework across the organization.
- Design and implement end-to-end performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Advise leadership on performance frameworks
- Define KPIs, performance standards, and tracking mechanisms to measure organizational and individual performance effectiveness.
- Manage the full performance cycle, including planning, communication, evaluation, and reporting.
- Ensure alignment between employee performance, business priorities, and organizational goals.
- Oversee resolution of performance-related issues in line with policies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead governance of the departmental operating framework by offering direction and support, ensuring work processes are implemented effectively, and driving ongoing improvement to achieve established performance standards.
- Support internal parties in performance management related activities.
- Manage all aspects of the performance management cycle, including communications, stakeholder sensitization, and ongoing monitoring to ensure the process remains effective and relevant to the organization.
- Communicate the strategic intent, scope, priorities, processes, systems, and tools used by the performance management function.
- Define objectives in support of organizational goals and develop workplace programs that connect employee performance to business priorities.
- Set clear performance expectations for both managers and employees to ensure consistency and accountability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8–12 years of experience in performance management, HR strategy within the financial services sector.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing performance management frameworks.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change initiatives.
- Solid understanding of KPIs, and performance measurement tools.
- Knowledge of governance practices within financial institutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex projects.
