We are looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to support the accurate and timely execution of daily payment operations within a fast paced FinTech environment. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our finance operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Proceeding and administration of day-to-day transactions
- Utilize Excel/Google Sheets to maintain records, analyze data, and create daily reports
- Daily checking of bank/payment systems statements and balances;
- Communicating with partners, banks in dealing with transactions and reporting issues
- Work with internal team on routine tasks
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has previous experience (Payment / Operational/ Finance/ Reconciliation specialist etc), bonus points for experience in fintech or dynamic financial sectors
- Confident in using Excel / Google Sheets
- Eager to make a mark in the finance world
- Detail-oriented with a natural talent for numbers
- Proactive, willing to learn, and unafraid of tackling any task
- A strong communicator and a true team player

Monthly gross salary: € 1500 – 2500
