CORE PROFILE:
This role will be instrumental in operationalizing strategic partnerships that power Maya’s next-generation financial platforms—starting with international remittances and cross‑border payment corridors, and expanding into digital assets and stablecoin infrastructure.
The Partner Execution & Strategic Initiatives Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that Maya’s platform strategies translate into live, revenue-generating partnerships. This includes hands-on partner ownership, tight follow-through on deal execution, and strong cross-functional leadership to move initiatives from agreement to launch smoothly and efficiently.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Partner Ownership & Execution
- Serve as the primary day-to-day owner for strategic partners once alignment is reached.
- Drive partner follow-ups, timelines, and deliverables through to completion.
- Coordinate onboarding, implementation, and launch milestones across teams.
Execution Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Collaborate closely with Product, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to unblock execution challenges.
- Track action items and ensure internal and external commitments are met.
- Proactively escalate blockers with clear recommendations.
- Maintain momentum across complex initiatives by surfacing decisions, dependencies, and risks early—and driving swift resolution.
Deal Enablement
- Support senior leadership in delivering agreed commercial and platform structures.
- Translate high-level agreements into clear, actionable operational steps.
Platform Readiness Support
- Ensure partners understand platform capabilities, constraints, and launch requirements.
- Support testing cycles, documentation, and go‑live coordination to ensure smooth deployment.
Executive Support
- Prepare concise status updates and execution summaries for senior stakeholders.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in fintech, banking, payments, financial services, or crypto.
- Proven track record managing external partners or complex implementations.
- Experience operating in regulated, cross-functional environments.
- Highly organized, persistent, and execution-focused.
- A low-ego, high-ownership mindset.
