We’re looking for a high spirited, organised, proactive, and detail-oriented person to join our team in a part-time office-based role supporting operations, sales administration, and finance.
Core Responsibilities
- Processing retail orders accurately and efficiently
- Liaising with our distribution centres to ensure smooth deliveries and excellent customer service
- Preparing sales reports and supporting the sales team with administration
- Assisting the accountant and finance manager with accounts administration
- Providing general administrative support across the business as needed
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Afrikaans and/or additional local languages are advantageous
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Good understanding of general business operations
- Experience in the FMCG and/or manufacturing industry is advantageous
- Comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously

- Part-time role (approximately 4 hours per day)
- Potential to transition into a full-time position over time
- Office-based role at our offices in Simondium, Klapmuts
- Start 1 July, or as otherwise agreed
Requirements
- Own reliable transport
- Must live within 20 minutes driving ranger max of Simondium (Paarl, Klapmuts, Franschhoek area). Please do not apply if this is not the case for you.
- Matric certificate
- Tertiary qualification in admin/accounts related field is preferred
