Role: Operations Executive
Location: Gurgaon (mandatory)
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage end-to-end supply chain and marketplace operations. The role involves working closely with 3PL partners, marketplaces, and internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
3PL & Warehousing
- Coordinate inbound, storage, and dispatch with 3PL partners
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking across warehouses
- Monitor SLAs and resolve operational issues
Order Fulfillment (D2C + Marketplaces)
- Manage order flow through aggregators like Shiprocket across D2C, Amazon (FBA, FBF), and 1P
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatches
- Coordinate with logistics partners
Inventory Planning
- Track inventory across channels
- Plan replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
- Coordinate with production for restocking
Marketplace Operations
- Manage FBA and FBF inventory movement
- Ensure listing availability and stock health
- Handle operational issues with Amazon
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain regulatory and operational compliance
- Manage documentation for inventory and dispatches
Operational Metrics
- Track fill rate, dispatch timelines, returns, and accuracy
- Generate reports and improve efficiency
Operational Accounting Support
- Reconcile orders, invoices, and payments
- Track COD, returns, and refunds
- Coordinate with finance for accurate reporting
Requirements (Important and non-negotiable)
- 1–3 years of experience in operations or e-commerce
- Understanding of 3PL, FBA, FBF, 1P models
- Strong attention to detail and an ownership mindset
- Trained with Excel and data tracking
- Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate
