🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational processes and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.
- Collect, interpret, and report on data to inform management decisions.
- Monitor key operational KPIs and generate regular dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, customer service, IT) to ensure process efficiency.
- Assist in project planning, execution, and tracking to support operational goals.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies, and recommend solutions.
- Maintain documentation of workflows, procedures, and process changes.
- Support ad hoc operational and strategic projects as needed.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or related roles (entry-level candidates with internships are welcome).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in operations, process improvement, and business efficiency.
