Title: Offshore Fixed Income Trader (Proprietary)

Responsibilities:
- Execute trades in offshore fixed income products, mainly interest rate instruments and related FX.
- Assist in developing and implementing simple trading strategies for rates and FX.
- Monitor market news, economic data, and interest rate movements.
- Help manage trading positions and risk exposure under guidance.
- Work with team members on trade ideas and market analysis.
- Handle trade booking and ensure smooth settlement.
- Prepare regular performance reports and market commentary for senior management.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including exploring new market opportunities and product offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in fixed income, rates, or FX trading/sales-trading at a bank or financial institution.
- Basic understanding of bonds, interest rate swaps, and FX products.
- Familiar with Bloomberg or Reuters terminals.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
- Good team player with strong communication skills in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
