A reputable organisation within the property industry is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join its team based in Centurion.

The role provides the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders while developing strong technical expertise and industry knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, tax, and statutory requirements
- Support month-end and year-end reporting processes
- Liaise with auditors and assist with audit preparation
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance (essential)
- SAIPA or SAICA articles completed
- Post-articles experience in a Financial Accountant or similar role
- Property industry experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel and accounting systems proficiency
