We are seeking a highly experienced National Sales Manager to join our leadership team and drive nationwide sales performance.
🔹 Reporting Line:
This role reports directly to the Country Manager and will manage the Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and the Sales Admin team.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead, guide, and inspire a high-performing nationwide sales team.
- Collaborate on company-wide strategic planning and execution.
- Drive key initiatives in distribution, finance, human resources, and reporting systems.
- Support brand development and market visibility through targeted execution of marketing plans.
- Build competitive advantages through sales route planning and distributor network development.
- Participate in senior leadership efforts to improve processes, systems, and team capability.
- Support recruitment, development, and retention of top sales talent.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles in the FMCG sector.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and people leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- A track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Fluent in Vietnamese; proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong ethics, integrity, and commitment to organizational success.
