We are seeking a highly experienced National Sales Manager to join our leadership team and drive nationwide sales performance.

🔹 Reporting Line:

This role reports directly to the Country Manager and will manage the Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and the Sales Admin team.

  • 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead, guide, and inspire a high-performing nationwide sales team.
  • Collaborate on company-wide strategic planning and execution.
  • Drive key initiatives in distribution, finance, human resources, and reporting systems.
  • Support brand development and market visibility through targeted execution of marketing plans.
  • Build competitive advantages through sales route planning and distributor network development.
  • Participate in senior leadership efforts to improve processes, systems, and team capability.
  • Support recruitment, development, and retention of top sales talent.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and people leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
  • A track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese; proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong ethics, integrity, and commitment to organizational success.
