Position: Mortgage Records Specialist (Short Term Project)
TEKsystems is currently hiring entry level candidates for a Mortgage Administrative Project with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution.

Mortgage Records Management Specialist I
Location:
Vienna, VA (fully onsite)
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 4:30 pm – 3:00 am EST (40 hours per week, 10‑hour shifts)
Job Description
- Manage critical mortgage loan documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality and integrity.
- Adhere to safeguarding of information; retrieval of data/documents effectively; company and investor document lifecycle procedures; and company and investor records retention regulations and requirements.
- Process lien releases and paid‑in‑full mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with federal, state regulations.
- Review system of records and update mortgage loan servicing system confirming receipt of original documents.
- Mastery of terminal digit filing system, and ability to return and retrieve critical documents to their correct locations in a timely manner.
Skills & Qualifications
- Basic computer skills (experience with Excel)
- High attention to detail

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.75 – $19.75 per hour.
