Job Summary
Flowtech is seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized Administrative Assistant with hands-on experience in Oracle systems to support daily administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will assist with data entry, documentation, procurement support, and internal coordination within a fast-paced corporate environment in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to departments and management at Flowtech
Perform data entry, updates, and transaction processing in Oracle ERP system.
Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and vendor coordination
Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and databases
Coordinate meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
Support finance, procurement, or HR teams with administrative tasks
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors professionally
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
2–4 years of administrative experience (UAE experience preferred)
Experience using Oracle ERP systems is required or highly preferred
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills
Previous experience in UAE corporate or industrial environment
Exposure to procurement, finance, or HR support functions
Experience with ERP reporting and workflow systems
