Position: Dynamic Mortgage Loan Originator | Commission Closings

The Mortgage Firm is looking for a DYNAMIC licensed Loan Originator in Florida. The role requires working with Sales and Branch Managers to achieve loan approvals timely while maintaining quality. Candidates should generate leads, verify application documents, and have a strong understanding of FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC loan products, as well as be proficient in Encompass and Microsoft Outlook.
A minimum of 2 years of mortgage sales experience and good standing with NMLS are essential for this commission-based role.
