We are looking for a Growth/Marketing Manager for a Series-A AI InsureTech startup. You must be an exceptionally strong thinker and executor who is both highly analytical and highly creative to build the brand, content engine, and growth experiments. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-agency environment and have a track record of creating assets or campaigns that drove measurable commercial outcomes. Bonus points if you have experience making a “boring” category feel urgent and important.

What you'll do:

  • Define and articulate the core narrative to establish us as an industry-defining brand.
  • Take ownership of writing the highest-leverage assets in the company, including case studies, blogs, sales enablement materials, and landing pages.
  • Work closely with the GTM team to run data-driven experiments across content, brand, and field marketing to identify and scale high-impact initiatives.
  • Develop and execute our end-to-end event strategy to maximize market presence and lead generation.
  • Lead the creation of materials that empower our sales team, including sharper narratives, stronger proof points, and better talk tracks.
  • Build and refine the growth playbook from the ground up, establishing channels, editorial voice, and testing frameworks.

Who you are:

  • 1 – 4 years of experience on a Growth team in a high- growth, early- stage B2B SaaS startup environment.
  • Experience at a startup in a legacy/traditional industry (e. g. , legal, finance, insurance such as Legora, Harvey, Deel, Ramp)
  • Ex- founder or early- stage startup experience showing scrappiness and ability to operate with limited resources.
  • Demonstrated elite writing ability for a business audience.
  • Familiarity with growth tooling and analytics platforms.
  • First- principles and creative thinker who can generate novel growth ideas (day- to- day will be 30% executing on established growth methods, 70% ideating and testing new ideas)
  • Highly structured – able to run data- driven growth experiments, analyze results, and action on them.
  • Comfort with ambiguity as this will be the first growth hire.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco; 5 days/week in office.
