Roles & Responsibilities
Business Operation and Support
▪ Independently support cross-functional Business Operations to launch new businesses and support branch establishment in countries near Singapore
▪ Proactively coordinate and resolve operational issues across Sales, Marketing, and CFO functions
▪ Act as a key liaison between export sales and CFO functions, taking ownership of issue resolution related to branch establishment
▪ Establish and operate an effective support system with HQ and Singapore, including proactive issue identification and risk mitigation for new business initiatives
▪ Lead preparation and coordination for the New ERP opening in 2026, including emergency support and issue management in collaboration with HQ.
Reporting and Meeting operation
▪ Own weekly and monthly reporting processes with clear analysis and management-level insights.
▪ Prepare and deliver Business Index presentation, including data interpretation and key implications for management
decision making.
Data Management
▪ Conduct in-depth data analysis to support business planning and operational decision-making
▪ Manage and monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and propose improvement actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
- 2~5 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Mircosoft Excel, PowerPoint, word
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
