Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Management Trainee role based at PT. Victory International – Jakarta Sona Topas Tower in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Management Trainee will learn core aspects of the business, including trading education operations, client engagement, and basic financial and market concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in structured training programs, supporting education sessions and workshops, assisting in client communication and follow-ups, and preparing simple reports or presentations for internal use. The role also involves collaborating with senior team members on small projects, learning to analyze market information shared by the company, and contributing to administrative and coordination tasks as needed. Over time, the Management Trainee will be prepared for a future leadership or specialist role within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in financial markets, trading, and education, with a motivation to learn and grow in the industry.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain ideas clearly and interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Basic analytical and numerical abilities, including comfort working with data, reports, and simple market information.
- Proactive, disciplined, and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to follow structured training and accept feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work on-site in Jakarta Selatan (Sudirman area), manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team-based environment.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field; backgrounds in business, finance, economics, or related areas are an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship or experience in sales, customer service, or education is a plus.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., office productivity software, messaging and presentation platforms).
