Management Accountant Dungannon £43,000 – £45,000 Artemis Human Capital are proud to be partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing business in County Tyrone to recruit a commercially focused Management Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving local employer in a broad and hands-on finance role, offering excellent progression prospects and strong visibility across the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and variance analysis. Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles across all departments. Analyse financial data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and performance issues. Partner with operational teams to understand drivers of performance and support decision-making. Assist in the development of financial systems, controls and reporting improvements.
The Person :
Newly or recently qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or qualified by experience. Strong Excel and reporting skills; ERP experience an advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across departments. Strong analytical mindset with a proactive and solutions-driven attitude.
