Lead, Management Reporting & Data Foundation – Global Standardization at a glance….

The Lead of Management Reporting & Data Foundation – Global Standardization is the central driver of consistency across the global finance reporting ecosystem. This role owns the development and enforcement of global reporting definitions, KPI frameworks, reporting cadences, policies, standards, and controls that enable aligned, high-quality financial insights across Global FP&A, Global Functional leads, and all zones and business units.

The role ensures that global reporting standards are not only defined but operationalized – driving adoption, monitoring compliance, and continuously improving the global reporting framework in partnership with key finance stakeholders worldwide.

What’s on the menu?

Management Reporting Leadership

  • Own and govern the global management reporting framework, including definitions, standards, methodologies, and reporting cadences
  • Define, maintain, and publish the global library of standardized financial KPIs, metrics, and reporting definitions used across all zones and functions
  • Lead the design and governance of global reporting templates, packages, and dashboards to ensure consistency across all finance reporting audiences
  • Drive alignment of reporting structures and financial KPI definitions across Global FP&A, Global functional leads, zones, and business units

Global Reporting Standards & Policy

  • Develop, publish, and maintain global reporting policies, standards, and controls to ensure consistent application across the finance organization
  • Establish global reporting cadences and operating rhythms that align to the enterprise planning and performance management calendar
  • Define and enforce ownership and accountability models for global financial data elements, KPI definitions, and master data
  • Monitor compliance with global reporting standards and drive remediation where inconsistencies or gaps are identified

Stakeholder Engagement & Adoption

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Global FP&A and Global Functional leads on all matters related to reporting standards, definitions, and policy
  • Drive adoption and operationalization of global reporting standards across zones, functions, and business units through structured change management and communication
  • Develop and maintain training, guidance materials, and documentation to support consistent application of global reporting policies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Global FP&A, Global Functional leads, zone finance teams, and business unit finance to align on global reporting definitions and standards
  • Collaborate with the Data Management Office (DMO), Finance IT, and Data Stewardship teams to ensure global reporting standards are embedded in enterprise platforms, tools, and data architecture

Continuous Improvement

  • Continuously evaluate the global reporting framework for gaps, redundancies, and opportunities to drive further standardization
  • Benchmark global reporting practices against industry standards and incorporate best practices into the evolving framework

Leadership & Team

  • Lead cross-functional working groups and governance forums to align global stakeholders on reporting standards and policy updates
  • Mentor and develop team members, building deep expertise in global reporting governance, KPI design, and financial data standards

  • BS in Finance-Accounting, Economics, or other related field required
  • 6+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, management reporting, or reporting governance
  • Experience in multinational CPG or complex global organizations preferred
  • Strong background in global management reporting, KPI framework design, and financial data governance
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and standardization across global or matrixed organizations
  • Experience developing and enforcing reporting policies, standards, and controls at a global or enterprise level
  • Advanced proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and enterprise finance platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global finance organizations and senior leadership
  • Process design, standardization, and change management in complex global environments
