We are looking for a highly driven Location Manager to lead one of our hospitality concepts from A to Z.

This is not a traditional management role. You will operate as the entrepreneur on the floor, fully responsible for the performance, team and day-to-day operations of your location.

YOUNG is an entrepreneurial company building ventures across multiple sectors (see: www.young.com). Within this ecosystem, YOUNG Hospitality is our dedicated hospitality platform, currently in development.

YOUNG Hospitality focuses on building and scaling multiple strong, recognizable hospitality concepts such as:

    •    Runners

    •    Italo Disco

    •    Bitterkoud

    •    Bintang Bar

    •    YOUNG Learning Restaurant

Each concept operates as its own brand, while benefiting from shared systems, knowledge, and support from the central organization.

Our ambition is to build a scalable hospitality group with multiple locations per concept across the Netherlands and beyond.

Your role

As a Location Manager, you are fully responsible for your location. You combine operational excellence with an entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership over every aspect of the business.

You are:

    •    Present on the floor and leading by example

    •    Responsible for the full operation from A to Z

    •    The key driver of performance, culture and guest experience

Responsibilities

    •    Operations: Daily management of the venue, ensuring quality, consistency and efficiency

    •    Team: Hiring, training, motivating and leading your team

    •    Finance: Managing budgets, costs, margins and overall financial performance

    •    Purchasing: Overseeing suppliers, stock and cost control

    •    Performance: Driving revenue, optimizing processes and improving results

    •    Overview: Maintaining full control and insight across all aspects of the business

    •    Strong hospitality experience in a leadership role

    •    Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality

    •    Hands-on and not afraid to be on the floor

    •    Strong organizational and financial awareness

    •    Natural leadership and team-building skills

    •    High energy, structured and performance-driven
