Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate financial transaction recording and account reconciliations in line with policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare and review complex journal entries, financial statement components, and consolidations.
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external financial reports.
- Collaborate with lenders, investors, auditors, and property managers to provide financial information and resolve issues.
- Support the Assistant Controller and contribute to special projects and process improvements.
- Manage multiple priorities while building strong relationships across departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
- Real estate accounting experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
