We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licenced Insolvency Practitioner to join our client’s growing team at a well-established Accountancy Practice. With a strong reputation in the industry, they provide expert advice and solutions to individuals and businesses facing financial difficulties. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of cases, guiding clients through the insolvency process while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, including personal bankruptcies and corporate liquidations.
– Provide expert advice to clients on their financial situations and the implications of insolvency.
– Prepare and submit necessary documentation to regulatory bodies and creditors.
– Conduct meetings with clients, creditors, and stakeholders to discuss case progress and strategies.
– Ensure compliance with the Insolvency Act and other relevant legislation.
– Liaise with legal professionals, accountants, and other advisors to facilitate effective case management.
– Mentor and support junior staff in their professional development and case handling. Requirements:
– Must hold a valid licence as an Insolvency Practitioner.
– Proven experience in managing insolvency cases, with a strong understanding of the insolvency process.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously. Nice to Have:
– Experience in a variety of sectors, including corporate and personal insolvency.
– Knowledge of relevant software and tools used in insolvency practice.
