Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Preparing financial data for monthly reporting,
  • Participation in the month closing process (reserves calculation, analysis, reconciliations),
  • Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the bookkeeping,
  • Execute standard processes within the team according to the procedures,
  • Preparing and booking of journal vouchers,
  • Reporting the company's financial results (income statement, balance sheet),
  • Preparing, improving and providing our partners with monthly/quarterly reports,
  • Assist in performing internal controls, including month-end activities according to control framework,
  • Participation in improvement projects and identification of areas for improvement within the process,
  • Undertaking research and analysis tasks and any other ad-hoc duties related to general business and financial activities,
  • Cooperation with auditors,
  • Cooperation with Strategic Partner,
  • Ad hoc queries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a business-related field preferred
  • Fluent in English,
  • 2 years of experience (including internships) in a financial or accounting position,
  • Efficient use of MS Office (in particular MS Excel),
  • Willing to learn and develop their knowledge and skills,
  • Ability to think analytically and ability to solve problems.

Willingess to work 3 days per week from our Pozna office.
