Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of financial operations, driving the transition from outdated practices to automated, scalable solutions.
- Identify inefficiencies and spearhead the implementation of new technologies, including automation tools and streamlined reporting systems.
- Provide accurate, real-time financial insights to inform and influence strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align automation initiatives with the company’s broader objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management with a focus on precision and speed.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain robust financial controls, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
About You
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) and significant post-qualification experience.
- A track record of transforming financial operations through automation and process improvements.
- Deep understanding of financial systems, reporting tools, and data management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience in driving change within large or complex organisations, ensuring smooth transitions while delivering key outcomes.
Salary
c£100,000 basic, £8,000 cash car allowance, plus annual performance bonus up to 20% plus further benefits
