Reports To: Deputy General Manager – Finance
Work Mode – Onsite
Job Summary: As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the organization’s Business Intelligence (BI) needs by designing, maintaining, and optimizing data solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or BI roles
- Experience in data visualization and reporting tools
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build, optimize, and manage interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI to provide actionable insights across the organization.
- Use Power Query and Excel to model, clean, and structure raw data into reliable sources that feed BI solutions.
- Work with MySQL databases to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting pipelines.
- Provide technical support for BI tools, troubleshoot data-related issues, and ensure smooth operation of reporting systems and workspaces.
- Partner with management and stakeholders to understand BI requirements, deliver timely updates, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of data-driven decision-making processes.
- Perform any other duty assigned by the respective senior analysts.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and MS Excel
- Experience with MySQL and data modeling concepts
- Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
