Junior Accountant
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to develop their accounting skills and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain financial documents and supporting records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
