Job Summary:

The Investor Relations Specialist is responsible for managing all regulatory, legal, and disclosure-related aspects of investor relations in compliance with local authorities. The role focuses on handling documentation, stock exchange submissions, and ensuring adherence to all FRA and listing requirements. This position doesn't involve direct interaction or relationship management with investors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit all mandatory disclosures to the Stock Exchange and the FRA within required timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations governing listed companies.
  • Maintain and update corporate and listing documentation, including periodic reports, governance filings, and public disclosures.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of submitted information.
  • Support the preparation of Board-approved disclosures, press releases, and official filings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for procedural and documentation matters with the stock exchange and regulatory bodies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, Capital Markets, External Audit, or a related field.
  • Experience dealing with regulatory authorities, stock exchange requirements, or listed companies is preferred.
  • Previous exposure to IPO projects or capital market transactions is an advantage.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, or IFRS are an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate governance, and investor relations practices.
